iTek NI began as a small phone re-seller and repairer in May 2014, servicing mainly Apple iPhone and iPad. Humble beginnings, no big money injection, just hard work, determination, a “Go For it” attitude and a lend of money from parents.

iTek NI have been around now for 6 and a half years, employing 4 staff with a wide range of services and products.

“Our main Aim is to promote the “Right to Repair” movement. We believe people who buy products should be able to maintain them, and when damaged should be able to repair them themselves, not rely on the manufacturer to charge a monopoly price on servicing”.

“We have bolstered this main Aim by selling what we call 'Re-Loved’ products. Products that have been used before and for whatever reason have been sold on, deemed out of date or not good enough anymore. We give these products a new lease of life, using various techniques and parts to make them good again, even providing warranty on these devices, similar to what the manufacturer would provide if new”.

“We also provide a wide range of services including repair of Phone, tablet, PC, Laptop and Accessories, retail of Mobile and computing parts and accessories. We also provide several services including Data recovery, Software packages and “call out” services among others”.

“We have recently launched a new website www.itekni.com to promote all of the above, and are constantly working on that to realise our “in store” goals online”.
