ROB RFC are delighted to announce that the Ulster U18s Starting XV on Sunday v The Exiles* contains 3 ROB RFC players. More than any other club in Ulster! Well done Ciaran McGlone, Nathan Jeffers and Charlie Clarke! #SUFTUM 


(*The exiles are an U19 team linked to Ireland School and Club rugby who have gone to GB to study or work, are eligible to play for Ireland though parents/gparents and who play for premiership rugby academies)

At the Rainey Old Boys Youth Section Awards Evening held at Hatrick Park, the winners were presented with their trophies by Ulster & ROB 1st XV player, Tommy O'Hagan.  O'Hagan has featured multiple times for Ulster 'A' this season and has been selected to represent Ulster in their match against the Barbarians at Kingspan Stadium.  Everyone at the club wishes him well on this great occasion!

Congratualations to the Rainey U16s who finished off their season with a 32-12 defeat of  Ballyclare U16 in the Ulster Carpets  Plate Final at the Mid-Ulster Sports Arena on Saturday.  Despite going 5-0 down in the opening minutes, the boys steadied themselves before taking the lead and storming to a 32-12 victory.  Well done to Denver, Gavin and  the boys!
